I’ve been fighting with myself on how to make masculine cards. I felt like I had no supplies to do it, until I started looking through my DSP. I noticed that Urban Garden had a really nice striped paper. When I looked up the colors in the paper…gray, not quite navy, baja breeze, and kiwi kiss…I thought it would work well!
This is my birthday card! Just a side not…to color the party hats, I colored each one individually using my ink pads and blender pens.
Stamps: Party Hearty
Paper: Urban Garden DSP, Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss
Inks: Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss
Accessories: Scallop circle punch, 1” punch, 3/4” punch, clear rhinestone brad, kiwi kiss ribbon, blender pens
And who doesn’t love a good hoot? On this one I water colored the owls and tree.
Stamps: Owl Together
Paper: Urban Garden DSP, Not Quite Navy, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss
Inks: Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze, Kiwi Kiss, Chocolate Chip, Close to Cocoa, Creamy Caramel
Accessories: Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8” circle punch, 1 1/4” circle punch, Scallop border punch, aqua painters, kiwi kiss ribbon

love the cards - esp. the one with the owl on them! It is always good to think about a man card every now and then!
